Location is fantastic, being a 3-min walk to Chiayi Station. Staff members are smiley and helpful, and ever ready to help store my luggage. Spacious room, excellent location. Do not let the ‘no window’ description put you off booking the basic room. The room still has natural light, and you never have a hotel room that you can open the windows anyway.
