The best place -HOME - in the hear of Naples

B&B Napolinn is the best it is like HOME.Giuliana the owner is amazing caring, gentle and helpful person. Breakfast are delicious and if you have a chance to eat them on the roof patio. They are WOW!!! During entire our stay in Napolinn we feel like home. Im consider myself lucky to be able to stay in the heart of Naples in such amazing place like Napolinn. Thank you Giuliana for being such a wonderful person. We are hoping to visit you again.

The B&B was very good, clean, with excellent location and the host is very nice BUT there is NO ROOFTOP. The pictures with the rooftop were not taken at the B&B. Just be aware. Outside of that all was very good.

Good area with comfortable rooms

The hotel is in a good area, walking distance to both the port and train station. The host was absolutely lovely and even upgraded us. The room was nice and comfortable with good working AC. The only problem we had was accessing the building which is a little confusing at first and when we tried to contact regarding this we did not get a reply.

Staff were so friendly. Continental breakfast delivered to the room every morning. Great communication before arriving. Small business so they don’t have staff of front desk 24/7, but they are alway about in the morning for any assistance and can be contacted by message. Would definitely stay again

The cleaning woman gave us a map upon checkin. We got there early and she let us keep the bags at the B&B while we walked around. She gave us a map with perfect recommendations for a walk around town. Two different tracks. It filled up our day perfectly for the one day we were in Naples. I think her name was Mauritina (or something like that). The water pressure in the shower was great.

Satisfactory stay.

The owner was waiting at reception after I had replied to her request for an estimated time of arrival, as there isn't a 24 hours reception service. She briefed us thoroughly about procedures and, as we were only staying 1 night and leaving before breakfast is served, offered to pay for breakfast at a nearby bar upon presentation of her card. She upgraded us to a well equipped larger room. Only downsides for me as a tall person is that the bed is too low down and there is no advance information to advise that there is an elevator available after climbing steps to the first level, otherwise customers may carry heavy cases, which we had after touring Italy for 3 weeks, up 3 more flights of stairs to the reception area. Outside of her control, at Napoli Centrale Piazza Garibaldi station I found out that Universitat metro station is closed and therefore had to travel to Municipio station which is only slightly further on. The taxi drivers were on strike the day we arrived. She had offered to arrange a taxi for the airport transfer for the next day and texted in the evening to state that they will still be on strike on departure day. Good advice given to catch the Alibus from the port which is a minutes walk away.
