Noise from the coffee machine, construction, and whoever was at the front desk area had a shouting argument that lasted over an hour. I complained about the incredible noise to the front desk. It didn't solve. When I tried to call again, there were no answers.

Having stayed there several times and loving it we were disappointed. The kettle fused all the lights in the room then when the lights were eventually resolved we were left with a bleeping noise for some time during the night. The breakfast was very disorganised with no cutlery and very short staffed. We loved the location but probably wouldn’t return to the hotel.

Not really a 4 star hotel
Already when accessing the hotel lobby it’s clear that the hotel is not what expected. The “reception desk” is pathetic even though the staff is kind and helpful. The room itself was ok with a wonderful sea-view. What was off putting is the bathroom. Tiny and in absolute need of refurbishment. Taking a shower is almost impossible as there’s no pressure and the water is only dripping. Cleanliness is not what expected. They didn’t wipe the floor, had to ask to clean the room window as extremely dirty, etc. Breakfast looks good at first sight but is bad quality and staff totally incompetent. Will not recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.
