I am local - love the location and vibes. Perfect for a staycation of a place after a long night out. Parking is easy, dining at the Hollander is always great and the rest of dtsp is a quick drive, walk or ride to get to.

Great location and can use its sister hotel, Hollander’s, amenities, including its great restaurant. Plenty of free parking and a free shuttle to take you anywhere downtown at weekends. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the retro vibe, which may not be for everyone. All in all, it has become our go to place to stay when we want a weekend away in St. Pete.

This hotel was very clean. We were welcomed by Larissa and she was wonderful. She was friendly and great at suggesting places to eat. The hotel itself is older but cute. The rooms are very clean but there is only so much you can do with an old room. The bedding was nice. They have individual air conditioning units. Ours worked well but you could smell a mildew type smell. It was fine for a 1 night stay.
