Nice room, bad area....
Room was not bad, but not a real nice area. Lot of things going on, lot of homeless in the area (doesn’t make them bad people, but there are a lot) Some “questionable” activities going on in the area.

Nice, clean room, friendly staff and great location on the north end of town. Bathroom shower floor very slippery though with no mat.

For the Price is good. The night was okay. Not luxurious but for a night is perfect. The owner was very nice and attentive, gave us ideas of places to go get dinner from.

Just what we needed.
Very basic but clean and friendly and inexpensive. Lots of dining options nearby. Conveniently (for us cyclists) located at the south end of the beach trail. Owner upgraded us for free so we’d have a ground-floor room.

Seaside enchantment.
THIS is what motor hotels in tiny, coastal, towns should be. Non-corporate, welcoming, a little run-down, but quaint, and with friendly, local, service! Great value and excellent service (even when I locked myself out of the room at midnight)...actual KEYS (not cards) and a clerk that cared, because he owns the place. It's not some ultra modern, digital, glass and steel, anything...and, in Fort Bragg, CA, that's perfect!
