Hotel in a very good location, that is very important, just park your car and walk in the old town and the city Room carpet old and dirty , need to be change . Staff at reception very nice and helpful Cleaning personal not very good, did not change my towels they keep them in the same place that we left them. So that is a bad point for the hotel

Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. Room was on the small size but worked fine. Breakfast ala carte, was very nice. A much earlier warning that parking must be reserved, would have been nice, but we managed to find a garage. The pre-instructions on the city rules was only in spanish. Outside of the hotel is a drinking/party zone, but not a bother.

the location is incredible, and super adorable in that it's tucked away in this little corner overlooking the bay, the room i stayed in was on the smaller size, but very normal for europe...the hotel's breakfast honestly is worth the stay alone!! lovely place to stay and easy walk from here to almost anything you want to do in San Sebastian!
