Lovely stay with great rooftop pool however it was overrun with school kids and they should have had dedicated hours as it completely spoiled the experience at the pool. All staff were lovely apart from one of the managers, she was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was great each time apart from breakfast tea had to be requested at the bar, which sometimes was given and other times the rude manager said it didn’t exist.

This is a great property with lots of facilities and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of choice. It's a short taxi ride (around €11) or 25 min walk into the town. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

It was a fantastic stay! It was a bit outside of the city centre but it was super convenient to take the bus or walk there. It’s about a half hour walk, which was idilic and beautiful. The rooftop was closed which kinda sucked but everything else was great. Having free in house laundry and dryer was a lifesaver. Everyone was super helpful and nice, and the rooms were great! Would def stay at this hotel again for sure

We had a wonderful time at The Social Hub in San Sebastian. It was a little out-of-the-way but right next to the bus station, which was a 15 minute ride to old town and the beach. We ate at the restaurant several times out of convenience, and each time the food was very good. We ate a couple breakfast there and a couple of dinners. The staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city and in helping us get to the bus for our next part of the trip to Bilbao. The pool had towels and felt like it was heated. We use the gym almost every day and it was full of all the equipment we needed. Sadly, we did not take advantage of the ping-pong tables, but they seemed fun and we saw lots of people playing. They have a fully stocked communal kitchen, and we also cooked a couple of meals there. The grocery store is right next to the hotel as well which made it so easy. A great stay here! I would highly recommend this place.
