I booked this “boutique” hotel because the photos show a lovely hotel. The hotel does not present like the photos. I was very disappointed to be given a room with no windows, grey towels, plaster falling off the walls and a broken safety box. This hotel may have looked lovely when they took the photos however that must have been from years ago. I booked 6 nights but checked out after the first night. The staff were lovely, the hotel was not.

Rooms are ok. Some had stains on the ceiling or walls. I had to change room 2 times because there was no hot water in one, the other, bathroom door locked and wouldn't open. Limited English by staff.

The stay was amazing, the hotel itself was very nice, clean and overall great. Above all, the staff was amazing! The receptionist and the bartender/restaurant were very helpful and fun to talk with, they made the stay absolutely fantastic!

A Quick trip to Sanur
I had a lovely time , the hotel is central to everything , mossimos , Gelato Italian restaurant across the rd . They have a cafe , restaurant . The bed was really comfortable . The staff great . A good sized room . I also enjoyed the pool . There are also massage / beauty shops close by.

The property close to beach and convenient location in sanur area. The hotel is a bit old, we had issue with the TV not working and they finally fixed it the last night we were there. There's a smell when you turn on the water in the bathroom. The staff is realy nice and helpful.

Thank you Mahalaksmi Hotel for a wonderful stay….12 days!!! Great room, great location, great staff and very safe & quiet. The hotel was clean and well appointed, with everything l needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect home-base for outings and day-trips, or perfect for a lazy day at home!! I am planning to stay there again and would recommend this Sanur treasure. Close to the beach, right in the main area but still so quiet & peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the free bottled water was really helpful. The staff were the best, thank you so much to you all, big thank you to Komang at reception for excellent service, great follow-up and professionalism. See you all again soon 🙏🙏🙏

The location was great but our room was hot the aircon blew a whisper of air. Ants all in the room even tho the rooms only window looked out onto the staircase. Room was dated unlike the hotels pictures. The toilet made a hissing noise all day and night and the shower wasn’t great either. Sanur beach is lovely that was the only good thing about the stay.

Under no circumstances would I suggest anyone to stay at this place. We stayed one night out of 14 and had to find somewhere else
Luckily Last Minute had a good option.
The reason we chose this place was its location - however yes it is in a good spot but the footpath on both sides of the street were under construction and the holes outside the hotel were unsafe.
The rooms were incorrect so that got sorted, there was no fridge in one of the rooms - that got sorted the next day.
Unfortunately, the rooms did not have any windows and it felt so claustrophobic that we had to move.
Not only the windows but the mould in the bathroom and the general cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. One room - the toilet was so close to the wall the only way to use it was sit sideways.
The was no hot water in either rooms.
I have to say that the staff were lovely - obviously the management do not care to keep this hotel maintained.
When looking at the lovely pictures on the webpage - just imagine no maintenance for MANY years.

Bathroom drain was very smelly every time you turn water on and need to wait for a few minutes for the smell to go
Some walls are falling apart
Not soundproof, can hear noise outside
Our AC was not working properly and it was hot during the day
The location is perfect though, middle of Sanur and walking distance to the beach
The staffs are friendly, helpful and welcoming also

おすすめはしたくない。
チェックイン後、荷解きをする前に大きな荷物だけ置いて外出をして戻ってきたらベットの上に大量の蟻が発生していました。
さすがインドネシアと思いながらも
夜も遅かったのでフロントにベットシーツを変えてほしいと伝えました。
フロントスタッフは新しいシーツに変更すると言ってくれたので待っていましたが1時間以上経っても来なかったので再度フロントに言いに行ったら12時を回るったので業務終了。
対応は明日になると言われました。
自分たちが最初に言った事を守らないことに苛立ちました。
これを使えと渡られたスプレーはどう見てもルームフレグランス。
殺虫剤ではなかった..
しかも翌朝トイレが流れない..
214号室は使わない方が良い。
滞在二日目部屋を変えてもらいなんとか問題なく過ごすことが出来ました。
部屋によって冷蔵庫があったりミネラルウォーターが用意されてたりと差があります。
運です。
良い点
近くにミニマートがあったり、レストランもそれなりにあるので立地は良い。
シャワーの水圧はかなり良いです。
後はサービスがもっと良くなることを願う..

We arrived at the airport at midnight the hotel made arrangements for someone to pick us up there. The manager and the staff at the hotel couldn’t have been any better, they made it a really enjoyable experience I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

スタンダードルームは30cm幅縦長の開かない窓しかない。しかもカーテンを開けたら廊下。朝食は全てがベジタリアン料理なので私には不向き。プール付きホテルを選んだが、あのプールには入れない。ほぼ室内プール。スタッフはとっても親切だったが、料金に見合わずリピートは無いと思う。
