A nice place in a quiet part of Olomouc
I needed a place to stay where I could have quiet to do some writing. The hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The little kitchenette in the room was well though through and the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

Nice place with pod type accommodation with kitchen facilities to use in your own room.
Kitchen has nice things to buy and use. Breakfast is varied and nice to make your own. Room was nice, comfy beds too. Lots of amazing lighting options, so great to have do many things, a home away from home.

Hotel was in a quiet but central location with good transport links on the doorstep.
I found that there were no issues with the self check-in but I did meet other guests who did.
Make sure the hotel has your correct phone number and international dialling code and you'll be fine. Breakfast was basic but everything I needed. The mini kitchen and fridge in the room were a big bonus.

The shower drain hole was blocked. The cleaner kept drying up the shower tray with a towel and leaving the wet towel in the bathroom. This left a fusty odour in the toilet each time.

Modern hotel gelegen op minder dan 8 minuten stappen van het station, maar een goede 20 minuten van het historis he centrum. Beperkte receptie, en de nodige code om binnen te geraken heb ik nooit gekregen, maar we 2 berichten de dagen ervoor dat ik het zeker zou krijgen. Deftig ontbijt, maar wifi signaal was zeer zwak in de kamer.

C'est la 2e fois que j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel. Chambres sont confortables et bien équipée. J'ai apprécié la literie. Le petit déjeuner inclus est riche et varié. Quoi de dire de plus... Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, tout près dès transports communs.

Tuvimos una entrada muy desagradable con el chico que nos atendió. Llegamos al hotel un poco antes del check-in para preguntar si podíamos dejar las maletas en el hotel. Llamamos a un timbre y nos abrió un chico. Le expliqué lo que quería pero parece ser que no entendió mi inglés. Entramos dentro y me dice: vienes aquí, dices hola, pero no sé quién eres ni qué quieres. Yo me quedé de piedra por la forma tan desagradable de hablarnos. Podía haber dicho: lo siento, no entendí, puedes repetir? Bueno, le cuento otra vez lo que quiero y me dice que puedo dejar las maletas si quiero en la zona común. Por supuesto no lo dejé. Uno de los sevicios que ofrece el hotel es consigna de equipajes. Pero simplemente la actitud del empleado fue desagradable y me fastidió ya el resto de mi estancia. La habitación muy bien, pero el baño olía a desagüe. El desayuno muy malo. Jamás volvería a ir

無人チェックインシステムが難点
新しくて非常に清潔です。
さて予約日の前々日に「無人ですので国番号つけた携帯電話番号を返信せよ。SMSで入口のパスワード等を連絡する。」とのメッセージ。しかしチェックイン時間になっても連絡無く困ってチェコの友人に電話してもらったが やはり連絡がないので結局チェコ友人のスマートフォンに詳細指示を送信してもらい、それを転送頂きチェックインできた。なおSMSには航空会社、鉄道、友人からの連絡等問題無しでしたのでこのホテルの連絡のみ着信できなかった様です。

Hôtel à garder dans son répertoire.
Hôtel type appart : tout près de la gare, mais très bien isolé. Les chambres spacieuses, propre, j'ai aimé la déco moderne. Le seul inconfort, si les lits séparés, elles ne feront plus que 80 cm de large (c'est un peu juste).
La salle des petits déjeuners top et belle. Le personnel très sympathique.
Et si vous avez envie d'un massage, profitez en et réservez à l'accueil.

Il faut adhérer au concept do it yourself, moyennant quoi l expérience est positive. Il vaut quand même mieux ne pas avoir besoin du personnel car ils ne sont pas facilement joignables (malgré notre demande confirmée d une chambre twin nous avons eu une chambre double).
