The staff was excellent. The food was terrific. It is very family friendly. We arrived late due to a flight and they kept the kitchen open and were very helpful with the kids. The rooms are terrific and it’s very well located.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Santa in Búzios! The rooms were amazing, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers easy access to the beach, making it perfect for relaxing seaside days. The service was excellent—everyone was attentive and polite, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Búzios, thanks to its prime location by the beach and proximity to the central area. A perfect choice for a memorable romantic getaway!

Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e gentis. Eu tenho um agradecimento especial ao Hércules que foi com quem tive mais contato porque eu usufrui bastante de todo o serviço de praia (stand up, caiaque), cadeira e guarda-sol e ele foi muito gentil e solícito em tudo que eu solicitava. Maravilhoso

O hotel é especialmente bonito, com um ambiente e decoração lindos. O atendimento é nota mil, todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Nos ofereceram um upgrade para um quarto em categoria superior, que era bem amplo! O fato do hotel ser pé na areia é um ponto de destaque. Tivemos apenas dois pontos inconvenientes, que não atrapalharam em nada a nossa deliciosa estadia: (i) a falta de estacionamento - que é compreensível em razão da localização, mas a recomendação do estacionamento privativo gerou insegurança, pois o local é um terreno baldio sem iluminação; (ii) o quarto/banheiro terem apenas uma porta/janela para um jardim de inverno pequeno, sem bater sol, o que deixava um cheiro desagradável pelo excesso de umidade. De resto, foi tudo maravilhoso!

LOVED our stay at Vila da Santa. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was one-of-a-kind. My wife and I stayed here for the first two nights of our honeymoon, and it was exactly the place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing time in the sun. Buzios is wonderful, and the hotel was a key part of the trip - we especially loved eating breakfast and dinner in the courtyard at La Gare. Special thanks to Dany at reception for coordinating our transportation to and from Rio!
