Hotel é ótimo em estrutura e restaurante, porém em serviço peca em falhas como pedir número de sapato e não ter, como não avisar que não há disponibilidade de quarto, wi-fi não pega nos quartos direito, não tem espelho no quarto de corpo inteiro tampoco boa iluminação, na academia não tem água disponível, não tem barraca de praia suficiente sendo um hotel beira praia para 13 quartos tem apenas 3 barracas de praia.
