Excellent stay; all staff were welcoming and friendly. Only eleven minute walk to the Old Town Square. Lots of choice at breakfast but if you're stuck, there's freshly cooked omelettes with fillings of your choice. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Clean room and good breakfast. Reception looks very nice, but rooms are underwhelming given the 4-stars. Airport pick-up and food at the restaurant were overpriced. Restaurant staff were lovely though. The Spa needs more supervision, as several guests were very loud and using the facilities naked, while being sexual with each other. Spa towels were in a really bad condition and need replacement. Staff at reception had an attitude and wasn’t service-minded or friendly. All in all not a place I would want to stay at again.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom and both were very clean. The pool and wellness facilities were a great way to start or finish the day. Staff friendly and hotel is walkable from the main sites. Uber was very inexpensive to get to the hotel from the main station if you didn’t fancy the 20-25 minute walk. Good selection of breakfast items in a nice room with some table overlooking the river

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool and spa are also excellent, we used them quite a bit, note there is no gym, this is one improvement they could make to even convert a small space to add some fitness equipment. We didn’t visit the restaurant or bar but did have breakfast one morning (which is in a separate area to the restaurant). Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection of food. It is slightly expensive by Gdansk standards,in my opinion, at 110 PLN (£22) per person. Any staff we interacted with were fine and helpful, my only comment would be that the reception staff could try and be more proactive in greeting or smiling at hotel guests as they enter the hotel or pass by reception, just a little thing but can go a long way. Location of the hotel is good and is only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in the old town. There are also a few cafes and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel.
