Great room and comfortable bed. The shower was powerful and got warm quickly! Room was spotless and with all amenities you might need (ours did not have a mini-fridge though). Aircon worked perfectly and it was quiet. Good complimentary breakfast and the extended hours for it on the weekend were greatly appreciated. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is that only 1 lift seemed to be working, so sometimes we had to take the stairs as it took too long. I beieve they were fixing this on the day we left. Would stay here again as it was the perfect location for us.

The staff make the hotel, they're wonderfully kind and helpful. The rooms need a huge refresh, the black marks on the walls need to be painted. The taxi from the hotel to airport has raised to 39 pounds not 35 and the taxi company explained that the rates go up 1 pound per year. The mentioned business center should be taken out of the description, there's charging table, no computers or printers. Breakfast is good and the hotel is in a great location and quite walkable.
