Big and clean room, convenient location for transportation and shopping, next to a shopping mall. Staffs are friendly. But need to top up if I need a walk in shower instead shower above bathtub. I fallen down on bathtub before, cannot accept this design anymore

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel, and on this stay I was here for one week. Hotel is truly outstanding. It has wonderful public spaces, clean rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent with lots of local shopping and restaurants available in the same complex, if you decide to eat outside the hotel, it’s a short ride in an Uber or a taxi to downtown Taipei, or further a field as the hotel is above an train station. Moreover, relative to downtown hotels, it represents excellent value.

We stayed there for a total of 14 days. The room is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. Everyone is so helpful and going out of their way to help us. The location is great with lots of food and shopping. There’s the MRT, train and high speed train station right below the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
