アンティークの調度品、森の中という環境、アーユルヴェーダの施術、部屋の開放感、雰囲気ともに大満足の良いホテルでした。山の上なので涼しいのですが、それでも虫が入ってくるため窓が開けられず、扇風機だけではちょっと暑かったです。エアコンか網戸が欲しいです。スタッフは皆親切でフレンドリーでした。

まずは入口の門から素敵です！インテリアも何もかもセンスが良くて、アンティーク好き には堪らない宿。森のなかを30分ほど歩くと滝があるのですが、おじさんが案内してくれます。険しい道もありますが早朝さんぽは清々しいですよ♪
夜は暗くて懐中電灯を持って施設内を移動します。道明かりとしてたいまつが焚かれていておしゃれな雰囲気。満天の星空を見上げていたら、ホタルが飛んでいるのも見れました(^-^)
マネージャーさんもとても親切、シロダーラもリーズナブルで気持ちよかったです！

a nice hotel in the midst of nature
the place is amazing as it is located in the middle of pure nature around 26 km outside of Kandy.
the resort comprises of different bungalows, all furnished with Antiques in a very tasteful way.
we loved the uniqueness of the place, the peaceful nature with Yoga sessions available in the morning and lovely, tasteful food.
It is a place for walking, resting on the sun beds at the river on the terraces of the rooftop restaurant...
a Paradies if one likes to stay in quiete and yet comfortable place.
The option of doctor's consultation and ayurvedic treatments is a wonderful opportunity.
I would love to visit this place again.

自然に囲まれた隠れ家宿
広い敷地にコテージが点在しており、
小さい四部屋つきのコテージに泊まりました。
周囲は散歩コースや川があり、ゆっくり散策できました。
10日の旅の真ん中に2日間泊まり、ゆっくりしたおかげで、後半のハードな旅も快適に過ごせました。
アーユルヴェーダは最高でした。
オイルマッサージ60分、スチームバス30分、シロダーラ60分で75ドルとお手頃な値段でした。
スリランカは色々回るところがあるので、2日以上泊まって1日はアーユルヴェーダやさんぽや洗濯でゆっくり過ごせました。
ヨガは一回15ドルでやっているそうですが、ヨガはの先生がバイク事故で足を痛めたそうで、やってませんでした。なので誰もいないヨガ場で勝手にヨガをしました。
場所はキャンディから遠いですが、
ゆっくりしたい人にはオススメです。
キャンディからバスでもいけます。
自分は、最寄りのディガーナまでバスで行って、そこからトゥクトゥクで600ルピーで宿までいきました。
宿の前からキャンディ行きのバスが朝8時、10時などに出ています。乗換必要ですが。

Idyllic setting but watch that hill!
I was not well so this may colour my view. I was not prepared for the very long steep walk to and from our room which made me think twicw about going anywhere. Curtains which were huge were full of dust and everything smelt of and was penetrated with incense. Food was basic and over priced. Without transport and travelling a long distance there was no where else to go to eat or get snacks. No alcohol. Some very purist guests who told us off several times for talking.
Now the positives. Absolutely beautiful setting high in the hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely cool brook at the base of the hill. Old retro feel like the beetles sargent pepper era. Very good massages and alternative medicine treatments. Ok for a very short stay to recharge you batteries.

山の中で川の音だけがする静かなホテル。部屋の中はアンティークの調度品がセンス良く並んでおり博物館のようです。ヨガやアーユルヴェーダマッサージもリーズナブルで良く、食事も美味しい。食事は少し高めですが自然な素材だけで作られています。

Une expérience authentique pleine de charme
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en famille au Samadhi Centre. Le site est certes isolé, mais c'est ce qui fait tout son charme. Nous avons d'ailleurs renoncé à une randonnée à la journée pour profiter de cette pause en cours de ce séjour et d'une petite balade dans la jungle pour rejoindre une cascade.
Nous étions dans une petite maison, chambre familiale très spacieuse et salle-de-bain tout autant. Propreté impeccable mais attention, nous sommes très connectés à la nature. Le chant des oiseaux, le bruit de la rivière, la fraicheur nocturne et la présence de quelques fourmis sont donc à prévoir.
Excellente cuisine, trop peu épicée au goût de notre chauffeur, mais parfaite pour nous. Personnel charmant.
Bref, très bonne expérience pleine d'authenticité.

Simply Magical
Waruna, the man behind the centre (a eclectic growing hillside of houses and paths) is a creative genius with a solid knowledge of the arts, and a high portion of humanity and kindness. His presence there is also reflected in his 30-strong staff of passionately caring people.
The many acre setting is truly stunning with enchanting river through the property.

少し渋滞していたせいもありキャンディから１時間近くかかりましたが、それだけの価値のある他にはない環境、客室だと思います。
食事が若干地味に感じましたが、家庭で食べるリアルなスリランカ料理を味わうにはいいかもしれません。
