Rather run-down, but clean and pleasant staff
This hotel was nice once upon a time. But the facilities are rather old and disappointing, We chose not to use the 2 spa tubs on the ground floor. The room was very small. The staff were very helpful, and helped carried our luggage to our 3rd floor rooms (there are no lifts). Closest eateries are about 8-10 minute walk away.

Good for value, comfortable
The triple room was beautifully decorated, though a little small. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and the hospitable owner even offered us a ride to our places of interest. Hotel was a little far from the train station, but still within walking distance. Good overall experience :)

Not a very pleasant experience. The family room's size was ok for 4, but the room for 3 was very small, literally no walking space, not enough room for luggage space. I think it is a room meant for 2 pax. There is no elevator so if you have the elderly with you, this may not be a good choice. There were mosquitoes in the room even though it was in Dec winter period. The bathroom in the 3 pax room was a see-through glass, frosted in between space. Breakfast is a 5-8 mins walk away. But generally the staff attitude was very good. However the staff attitude is good.

A fair guest house with friendly staff.
1. The location is a bit far from rail station. The lady staff (or owner ?) is friendly and provided us a free ride to the rail station on the day of arrival. 2. Our room is facing the street, it was a bit noisy at night and the light from the signs of the surrounding guest houses affected sleeping. 3. Breakfast was provided but served with a partnered breakfast restuarant with about 5 mins walk. 4. The private spa room was very good. Drink and fruits were served when using the spa.

舒服放鬆的好地方
這次住宿蘭桂的感覺非常棒，老闆娘也很貼心和用心，尤其剛到礁溪遇到大雨，親自開車接送至旅店，省了一些麻煩，在整個宜蘭的旅遊安排也分享很多建議，此外湯屋蠻舒服的也適合全家大小一起泡湯，下次去礁溪還是回訪好選擇～
