amazing staff, we love it. so nice! I hope the room's lighting can be dimmed. If there's only yellow light, it's hard for girls to see clearly when applying makeup. Everything else is very good, and I feel very comfortable living here.

Within the refurbished Capitol building, this is an iconic hotel that excels in hospitality. The staff are the high point and work hard to accommodate guest needs.
The only minor issue is that if you’re in a low floor the views from the guest rooms can be limiting - but unavoidable in such a building.
