I stayed in Trento for one night and decided to go for the junior suite with a mountain view. The suite has a clean, modern design and the view was wonderful. My only reservation about NH Trento is that it is a bit of a walk from the city center - about 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is superb, but if the focus of your stay is wandering the town center, you may find the hotel location a bit inconvenient.

Staff phenomenal and bent over backwards to explain the air conditioning system as it’s like none other in the world and I’ve been to almost 100 countries. GET A FAN from staff and you will enjoy the room temperature. The hotel is outside of town but a quick walk there. Unfortunately there was a heat wave the end of June with 35*c temperatures and it was tough. The Wild West Restaurant nearby was great, don’t look at the reviews that are old they made an incredible comeback.

Decent hotel, but not worth the 4.5 stars. I'd rate this 3.5 stars. I feel this NH concept is a bit outdated. You get basic Wi-fi for free, but if you need more bandwidth for streaming you need to pay extra. That's very 2005. Pillows are not great and the airconditioning does close to nothing (it uses a centralized system that you can only set to a minimum of 20, but doesn't cool properly), making the room quite hot, which we found uncomfortable. The hotel is located in a nice looking newly developed part of Trento, it's a 20 minute walk to the main Duomo square. Parking in the garage is 10eur/day , which is fair, but keep in mind that the spaces are quite tight. Fast chargers available at the Supermarket at 100m (There are 2 car chargers in the garage, but they don't work with every RFID card) I don't understand why this hotel gets 4.5 stars and 9+ ratings. It's OK, but not great.
