We had a truly wonderful stay at Elounda Peninsula Luxury Resort and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with genuine warmth, professionalism and attention to detail. The resort itself is beautiful, with a stunning location, wonderful sea views, excellent facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it very easy to relax and enjoy Crete. The entire team at Elounda Peninsula deserves praise for their hospitality. The service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and throughout our stay we felt that everyone genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful holiday. We left Elounda with very happy memories and would gladly return to Elounda Peninsula. We highly recommend it to anyone look

6/10 Good

Hotel area and rooms were nice. You could see that it has been a top top hotel but now some stuff has crusted a bit. Staff in the reception was really kind, in some other areas not so helpful. Food in the breakfast and some restaurants wasn't in the level of luxury hotel, actually some restaurants it was catastrophic.

The team was very cooperative, they offered us early check in and late check out, I had a technical issue in my room and they offered me a free upgrade as well. The hotel is amazing for families, although it’s missing couple of 5 starts touches.
