Fantastic Hotel in the heart of Albury
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was fantastic very spacious, beds were great. Bathrooms were roomy and the location was ideal very close to clubs and restaurants we will be definitely staying here again.

Our visit to this establishment was with my elderly mother had all her needs met, and were catered for with her limited mobility. The hotel room was pristinely clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly polite and informative a credit to their employer. Well done

Good stop over on drive from Melbourne to Sydney
Beautiful small City with pretty botanical gardens and interesting architecture this hotel included. Great renovation to an old brick mercantile building. Only fault is the elevator if cheap and small. As for service, I felt " nickel and dime" getting charged two dollars for the water bottle at my nightstand.

The location was excellent, road-facing rooms nice and quiet, staff very helpful, suite was clean and well-maintained. A few more homely touches would have been appreciated, such as two bedside lamps (only one was provided in a king bedroom) and kitchen equipment (not easy preparing vegetables with a bread knife!). Lovely as it was to have access to a sizeable, enclosed courtyard, it was totally devoid of any kind of greenery. With its high, bare, concrete walls, it was not an appealing space to spend time in or look out onto.
