Nice design, but completely let down.
Rooms were designed nice. However, the pool was not in service which was extremely disappointing. I booked the stay in hopes of the pool. The a/c unit was not adequate, we kept it on 60 but it never actually cooled the room, just kept it tolerable. Towels and wash cloths were terribly stained, that was unnerving.

Half star hotel at a one star price.
Pool looked like a swamp, sheets and towels were heavily stained. Floor was dirty. There was no cold water at all so the water from the sink and shower were scalding hot therefore we were unable to shower after a long road trip. The toilet leaked, and there were quite a few bugs. Overall not the worst place we’ve ever stayed but zero stars , do not recommend. Should have taken more photos.

The room and area was outstanding. Staff was friendly and was willing to assist the customer.
Recommendation - Drop Box for keys so that customers can leave the keys no matter what the time may be.

The front desk was very helpful. Answered quickly and attended to all our needs. A few things that bothered us was, one of the bed sheets had a ketchup stain on it. Having white bed covers, stuff like that is noticeable. Also, the ironing table was damaged. Wasn't going to use it but rather see it functional than not. Overall, a good experience. Have used them before and had no complaints then. Would definitely use again.

Good price, decent room
A decent stay priced great. Parking was free and abundant. Never felt unsafe in the area. The sheets refused to stay on the bed, revealing the mattress protector that was torn up and actually shedding pieces. The towels are stained and I found a few burs on one. TV didn't have a remote control. Temperature control was great. Bathroom was clean. There isn't much water pressure. I'd look at the pictures if you're a bigger person. I'm of average size and it felt small. Overall, fine. I'm happy with my weekend stay at a great price.

The rooms are very nice decorated pretty, the front desk clerk was there to help, no concerns or problems drove 12 hours got there before checking time and I was accommodated. Will definitely go back…

Well, it was a place to stay. It has been updated which was nice, but missing a lot of things to show its clean. There was ick on the bathroom walls. Pool was green. No breakfast.

Bring your own sheets, towels and Lysol
Although the hotel is recently remodeled, I am 100% positive rhey do not clean. We had to change rooms immediately because our sheets and blankets were visibly dirty. I'm talking crumbs and all. There was sticky residue on the night stand and hair every where. The next room had clean sheets but that was it. I went to the local store to buy my own towels they were so disgusting. You would think cleanliness would be a priority during a pandemic, but I guess not. The only thing good I can say is its close to base and the clerk was nice.

Ok for the money
I waited outside a locked lobby for 10 min waiting for an attendant to get me checked in. This was after I called both provided phone numbers for the hotel. After getting to my room, there was a distinct smell of marijuanna outside and within the room. There were adjoining rooms seperated by locked doors and I assume the smell was coming from ome of these rooms. The smell eventually faded away. Room was clean and nicely furnished with exception of only 1 towel in bathroom for a reserved room with 2 adults. Great AC/heat unit within room, comfortable firm mattress, and 2 seperate lounge seats. Shower head was the rainfall type unit and was loose making water fall straight down against wall and bath knob as well.

The property is easy to find and is convenient to Ft. Rucker. The hotel was having problems with the water heating system and I had to call two different times to get the hot water working. Both times, the response was quick and the hot water working within moments.

I like staying her for the convenience and it’s usually clean. I have stayed here on several occasions. This night the first room the bed had been stripped with the linen thrown in the chair, the bathroom had not been cleaned and the floor had not been swept. I called the front desk and they were professional and courteous relocating me to another room. This room was nice the only issue the heater did not get warm and the shower did not get warm. I did not tell the front desk I am sure they would have relocated me again but I was disappointed with this stay! Normally it’s a great place to stay!
