Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. This property is in a pretty good location that there are many shops and restaurants around. They did remember my birthday when I checked out on my birthday and gave me a little parting gift. The staff was decent, but I wouldn’t say they are friendly because they hardly say greetings to me. There were some parts of the room that I think it needs a little finish work and touch up due to wear and tear. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was nothing really stood out for me by this hotel. Considering that I have stayed at other JW Marriott hotels before, I thought that my experience here was underwhelming. I expected more than what I got from the staff and the property. I expected the staff to be more friendlier, and the hotel conditions are in great shape.
