The location is excellent. Old Town, has many restaurants and shops, the room was still quiet at night. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, modern and the rooms were great. Very comfortable beds too! We really enjoyed having the free tea/coffee machine to take out and about with us. The staff were very helpful and if we needed anything they sorted it straight away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location, nice staff, have some daily complimentary activities (tours, yoga class, etc). My basic room was a little tight and had windows facing the atrium, so if space and light is an issue, I would recommend booking a bigger outer room.

Have stayed here multiple times when staying Gdansk. Restaurant is fantastic and always find the staff welcoming and accommodating. Also, well placed to walk around the area, street leading to front of hotel is pedestrian only.

2/10 Poor

Hospitality is about more than simply providing a room. It is expressed in the way guests are welcomed, treated, supported, and made to feel welcome. At Puro Gdańsk Old Town, I clearly found a lack of warmth and genuine hospitality. It was difficult to see smiles or authentic engagement, with the exception of Vanessa, who stood out for her friendly and warm approach. I would lodge elsewhere if given another opportunity. P.S. The hotel does not have available parking as stated.
