Very bad experience
There was NO HEAT in our room for the days we were there. The maid told us there were problems with that room and it wasn't suppose to be rented out. Also, the door had issues and didn't shut properly. The bathroom door looked like someone took an axe to it. Not at all pleased with this place at all. We spent almost $300.00 for 2 nights and wasn't anything like we had expected. The maintenance man did come over to the room and put a couple of screws in the door frame and told us he would be back the next day to check the heating issue. Really? We were checking out the next day. So very UNHAPPY with our stay there. And when we checked out the next day they tried to charge us for another day. By this time I was furious. I asked to speAk to the Manager I was told she was off and to TRY to call her the next day. I called and was told she would call me back. I still haven't heard from her.
