Nothing short of phenomenal! a deluxe property with everything you would expect, but what's head and shoulders above every other hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to be hand picked, carefully trained, and caring beyond belief. Ive just spent a fortune on 2 rooms for 9 nights, and paying the bill didn't hurt a bit! The venue and location was stunning and room was beautifully decorated. The main shortfall was the bathroom amenities. Ever since the hotels say they have embraced eco-friendliness, they've disregarded the luxury amenities that are one of the perks of staying in a 5 star hotel. There was some male reception staff who were lovely and attentive.

The hotel felt extremely sterile in character. Very quiet and clean. I felt like a bird trapped in a cage of luxury. So I kind of felt stuck and lost motivation to leave the compound to the explore the city for tourism and dining. The beach was disappointing.
