Definitely not child safe, elevators are small and always packed, wait forever to get up or down, stairs are extremely slippery. Bedroom floor was so dirty my kids feet were black and i mean filthy black. The mirror attached to the bathroom sink has an aluminum inlay around the wood frame, walked by it and bumped it with my arm and it cut me instantly. Food was decent, the wait though was ridiculous as lobby was packed. Located straight accross the old Zoo, now turned public park with a lot of people around. They only provided us 1 key card for room, when we requested another, they wouldn't give one right away cause if we loose it it would be 200 Pesos, which to us was a mute point we kist wanted another key card. Anyways long story short, never again, have stayed all over mexico and so fsr this one has been the dirtiest with rude staff.

Pontos positivos: - localização próximo ao Centro Histórico e rodovias de acesso para outras cidades - café da manhã - tamanho da cama - limpeza diária dos quartos e reposição com 2 garrafas de água Pontos negativos: - 1o andar com muito barulho da rua, mesmo durante a madrugada - tentei efetuar a troca para um andar mais elevado (andares 6 e 7), porém foi pior, pois o hotel se encontrava em reforma durante 10:00 e 17:00, com um barulho intenso. Por conta disso, tive que retornar para o 1o andar - nesta situação específica, algumas das atendentes se incomodaram, mas deveriam ter a empatia de compreender em que os hóspedes não são obrigados a ficarem em quartos com barulho intenso de reforma. A única exceção foi a atendente Marie, que compreendeu a situação e se mostrou disponível para tentar ajudar e resolver a situação da melhor forma possível

En general el hotel es bueno; la habitación y sobretodo la ropa de cama muy limpias. Pero lo más valioso que tiene éste hotel es su personal. Muy amables TODOS. El personal de la administración, el comedor y de las habitaciones. MUCHAS GRACIAS a todos!
