The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, making sightseeing in Luang Prabang very easy. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had questions. The complimentary shuttle to the Sofitel was also a nice and helpful touch. I stayed in Room 11, and while the room itself was comfortable, the entrance walkway could be made even better — navigating around a few plant pots required some care. A small adjustment there would further enhance the overall experience.

UNESCO renovated and protected building. Very typical and beautiful. On slight issue, which was not an issue, as the building is very old the sound proofing was not of modern standard. Staff excellent and attentive. Location and settling in PB could not be better with the ALMs passing right past every morning at 6am. A Most Stay!
