The location is good, within walking distance from the train station. The room is on the compact side. Encountered some issues as such and overly sensitive motion sensor light that kept switching on and off, giving an unwarranted disco experience. Had to get in a technician to toggle the motion sensor setting. The TV was also not working. Had to call operator to get them to reset the TV.

Huge hotel which is fairly impersonal. Reception staff on arrival were adequate only. Didn’t feel like a valued guest. No attempt to help or offer help with bags. On the positive side we had a room on 19th floor so access to lounge. Staff in lounge were fantastic but a special shout out to Malek who was a star. His ability to remember names is unbelievable but his attention to detail is amazing too. Opportunity to try many different meals. Chef was brilliant too. Very knowledgeable and explained anything we wanted to know about the food. Great base for viewing and visiting Singapore as literally on top of the MRT.

Very well positioned right over an MRT station. Well equipped rooms with lovely quiet AC. Pool was beautiful and gym looked amazing. Reception was a little hit and miss. They had to be reminded to credit back the swipe they took on our card, they didn’t offer the free drinks we were entitled to until we specifically requested 3 days in and they didn’t order the taxi we booked with them the night before leaving although in fairness they did upgrade us
