The hotel is nice! Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially the wait staff at breakfast!

8/10 Very good

After staying at another hotel recently with very little parking, I appreciate a hotel with ample parking. I enjoy the wonderful breakfast!! The evening cocktail hour is perfect after a day sitting in a conference room in an uncomfortable chair. I also like this hotel because of the close proximity to so many awesome restaurants! It's within walking distance to a lot of great places to eat without having to worry about finding a parking spot in a downtown area in a college town!

Due to a nationwide outage with their system and a delay which was not staffs fault the stay was great. The facilities are always clean and the staff is always pleasant!

Clean and comfortable hotel with a wonderful breakfast layout for guests. Paying $25 for parking was a little on the ridiculous side.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Downtown Tuscaloosa! The location was perfect, especially if you’re visiting the University of Alabama. Being just minutes from campus made it incredibly convenient for everything we had planned. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the biggest surprises was how reasonable the prices were for such a great location. It offers excellent value, especially if you’re visiting the university and want to be close to campus without overpaying. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscaloosa, whether you’re in town for a campus tour, a football game, or just exploring the area.

Everything was easy and clean! Two things that were unfortunate is that you have to pay for parking $15 and the pool was ice cold. Other than that they treated my service dog really well and were super helpful!

Everything about this hotel is great. It is exceptionally clean, wonderfully maintained, and the staff is super friendly. The happy hour with free drinks and appetizers is great and the free morning breakfast can’t be beat. Stay here when you visit Tuscaloosa. You’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic hotel. We loved the suite style room with a separate bedroom and pull out couch in the living room. The attached Side-by-Side restaurant was great as well the daily happy hour setup and breakfast. We'd definitely pick this hotel again.
