Disappointed
Disappointed. Scant, thin linens. Stingy w/coffee, toilet paper, etc. Rude desk clerk on check out day. Won't stay again!

Annual Stay
I stay here 1-2 times a year when I travel to Tuscaloosa. It's a very nice, clean hotel that's well maintained. Location is easy to everything including freeway, interstate and major state highways. My only complaint would be the very thin and almost useless face towels, I travel to another facility frequently in NC that has the same problem and I've started to take my own, guess I'll have to do the same here. There's one eyesore that I spoke to them about, an employee has a disabled vehicle parked at the hotel which I've been seeing for at least the PAST 3-4 YEARS, not a good look for an otherwise nice hotel.

Business stay
Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast was pathetic. Didn't like the soap dispensers in the shower. Room was clean.

I stayed here 4 nights and woke up with bug bites multiple mornings. There were stains on the floor, stains on the sofa chair, the sheets had holes in them, and there was a stain on my pillowcase. The bathroom sink was clogged. I asked to speak to the manager several times or for the manager to call me, which did not happen. On the morning of check-out, the manager was supposed to have met with me at 6:45 a.m. but did not. If I had had time to find another place to stay, I would have. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.
