Amazing little hotel with friendly helpful staff . Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Rooms good size comfortable beds and great hot water . Walkable to the shopping mall with a massive food court ( but noisy) . The hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet

The location made it necessary to use transportation of going out at night. However, the in house restaurant was excellent, so there was really no need to leave in the evening for dinner.

The place has a mix decor bringing both history and trendiness to it. it gives you a vibe of a bohemian hotel that has lived its live fully. every collaborator was extremely helpful and super nice!

Nicole, the receptionist / manager was very helpful in every way. The fact that she spoke English was also helpful because my Portuguese is still limited.
The breakfast was very good and the furniture and environment reflected well in the hotel's historical restoration.
The room I had was spacious and also the bathroom.
I really can't think of anything negative except for the bathroom cold water faucet took effort to close all the way and leaked a little bit. The windows took some effort to close but that's understandable because they are original.

Não me avisaram que o hotel estava em obra. se eu tivesse sido avisada eu optaria por um outro hotel.
Quando fui sair do quarto tinha uma pessoa em uma escada bem em frente à porta do quarto. Estava cortanto o gesso do teto e causando uma poeira enorme.
Tive que pedir para parar de cortar o gesso e nos dar licença para passar, pois ele nem fez menção de sair.
Reclamei na recepção e a recepcionista começou a rir.
Achei total falta de solidariedade e postura totalmente inadequada.
