This was our second stay and a lovely way to spend your last night in Rome. The beautiful estate is very close to Rome airport and much less stressful than travelling from the city for an early morning departure. Last time we were able to book massages on arrival, but this time they were sold out, but the spa itself provides an enjoyable and relaxing afternoon. The buffet lunch is excellent and highly recommended.

Staying here the night before flying out of FCO was the best idea! Very relaxing, I had a bath tub on my private terrace, amazing! Very helpful staff. Happy hour has little snacks at no charge and is just enough to get you to breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, the amenities were amazing with the numerous thermal pools and the wellness farm with saunas and waterfall showers. The happy hour (done in your robe) had a great variety of finger foods. The location is a little isolated but I took a taxi to the beach for $50 euro round trip. The room was spacious and had a large beautiful bathroom.

What a delightful surprise. This ancient Estate, with lovely gardens and surrounded by greenery was not what I expected from an “airport” hotel. Note: it is a 10 minute drive from the airport. Dinner at the restaurant was one of my top meals in Italy - delicious, and you can dine al fresco. I didn’t get to see all the spa facilities due to the shortness of my stay but it all sounded ideal for a weary traveller.

This place is amazing and will be our go-to place when in Rome. 15 minutes from the airport (FCO) with an hourly shuttle. We only stayed as hotel guests, but next time we will extend our stay an make use of the Spa. Staff is incredible and the service is top notch.

Above and beyond. Truly an exceptional property and spa. We had a long layover and spent the night here. So relaxing. Spa access was included for us, and it was amazing. About 20 minutes from the airport. Took a taxi there, which was a hassle, but then used the shuttle getting out (only 8-euro per person).
