We chose Melia Danang because of our great experience at Melia Ho Tram, and this stay did not disappoint. The Level lounge staff, especially Uyen, was incredibly kind and attentive, and we truly appreciated her warm service. Breakfast at Sasa Restaurant was also very enjoyable, and having a Korean staff member there made us feel very comfortable. The buggy drivers were friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was beautiful, and we had a great dinner at Cape Nao Restaurant—the seafood platter was especially delicious. We will definitely choose Melia again for our future trips.

The kind and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, great facilities, and comfortable room with excellent room service made our stay perfectly relaxing. I was staying in The level room. everything was good but the level room's door need to fix or change becase it was too stiff and when I open or close to the door, it was so loud. We used two room but one was furnished with amenities but the other room has not be furnished without conditioner.
