Everything was in walking distance. Cute shops, lots of choices to eat, nice friendly people. We loved sitting in the park across from the church. First relaxing vacation ever.

People were very helpful. When I had an issue, it was taken care of quickly. The rooms were clean. A/C worked fine. Many restaurants nearby. Lunch and dinner were served at a restaurant which was part of the hotel. Charges cannot be made to the room from the meals. I definitely will stay there again.

Very clean. Large room (junior suite). Asked for and got a quiet room away from the street. Hotel is on a pedestrian only street a half block from Jardin de Allende so excellent central location.

6/10 Good

Not a good experience

Hotel is in great location, but the hotel requires major service, the bathroom floor is weak and there are areas that you can’t step because the wood floor is rooted, TV remotes don’t work, the bathroom faucet is falling apart, and the shower drain does not flow, it floods inches.. No internet service except in the lobby but not in the room.

El mejor hotel de San Miguel de Allende, el precio y la ubicación están inmejorables, pocos hoteles a pasos de la catedral tienen alberca, las habitaciones son enormes, impecable todo, muy atentos desde que te reciben el coche. 100% recomendado. Regresaría nada más por el hotel.
