Overall service attitude is good; however, there were many people crowding at the entrance during check-in yesterday, which felt very congested and lacked privacy. The cost I paid at the hotel was higher than on other local platforms

너무 잘이용하였습니아. 바로 몰도 연결되어 있고 직원분들이 엄청 친절하십니다. 진심서비스는 최고였습니다. 늦은밤 출국인데 씻을수 있는 곳도 알려주셔서 체크아웃후에도 헬스장에서 씻을수 있었고 개운하고 비행기 타서 정말 좋았습니다.출장으로 3번째이용중인데 다음에도 이용할예정입니다.

호텔과 주변 지역 평가
객싱은 깨끗하고, 뷰가 상당히 좋았습니다. 특 히 쇼핑몰이 함께 있어서 상당히 편하다고 느꼈습니다. 야시장 거리도 그렇게 멀지 않아서 이용하기 좋았습니다.
스카이라운지는 저녁에 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 야경이 무척 좋아요.

整体都非常棒，应该要得10分的。从登记到入住，所有人员都让我有种宾至如归的感觉。而且，服务都很周到，尤其是吃早餐的时候，Mr. Jackson Chen 就很礼貌招呼每一位客人，不止对我。见时都会说，早上好，您需要我为您服务什么吗？需要咖啡或啥饮料吗？对外国人就用英语，简直棒极了。更棒的是，我说，我点了一杯咖啡，先吃，等一下去取，然後我吃着吃着，他就帮我把咖啡送到我桌上了，好贴心啊！而且每天看他都是笑容满面招呼人，好敬业啊！特别赞！
最后一分扣在哪里？房间冷气不够冷，晚上我热醒了，虽然第二天反映后马上有人来修理。我觉得以您们品牌酒店来说，应该要定期检测才对。这点可以有进步空间。
还有就是check out后，本来有人帮我托行李的，但因为我车子还没到，他去服务别人，这很正常。我车子到时，见有酒店人员请司机往前摆车没有错，这时是不是应该来帮我把行李放上车呢？这是他就去协助另外一台车，是公司不够人？还是说，我只有一个人，是不是可以先帮我上车后，再去帮同事招呼另外那台车呢？
这一分就扣在这两个点上。
还有，柜台Xu姑娘说感谢我回馈关于冷气的事情并送了我一个可爱的狐狸公仔，虽然很可爱，可是酒店能否有指定公仔让人一见就能想起Intercontinental的呢？纯粹个人意见。

Amazing view to the river
It was simply amazing, after a long day of negotiations being in the hotel relaxed and having the view of the river, gives you the privacy and comfort you need. It´s spacious, clean, and comfortable.
