8/10 Very good

Only stayed the one night , very clean and well maintained although the toilet was lose from the wall and I felt very weary with my daughter using it as she is disabled and there wasn’t much support around for her to hold onto

Room was comfortable and cosy. It was soundproof and not too hot. There was no coffee maker as advertised but a kettle. One socket didn't work unfortunately. The swimming pool is nice but smaller than we expected. Plus they had a lane closed for swimming lessons. The sauna was not very hot. Staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good, great selection

Lovely hotel. Worth staying a little further out for nicer quality. Restaurant was lovely with plenty of choice. Kids loved the breakfast. Especially the pancake making machine. The photos show room with a coffee machine but we didn’t have one, minor issue but a little luxury that would have been lovely. Pool was lovely too. Being able to leave the car in the underground parking even after we had checked out was great and reasonably priced. Checkout at 12 was great too. Based on this experience, we’d use Novotel again!

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Spa facilities are good but note that swimming slots need to be pre booked. Location is outside main London but has parking if you drive and bus stop outside hotel, tube station within 20 mins.

8/10 Very good

The room was very comfortable, the hotel was nice however you are allocated only 1 hour to use the spa/swimming pool area. I have experienced this at numerous hotels in the last year or so and I think its a terrible policy, particuarly when the hotel is not so busy. The breakfast was also an absolute rip off at £25.00 each when booking at the hotel. I would suggest walking to Rada coffee which is just 2 mins away and get a beautiful breakfast for half the cost. Swimming pool was also much smaller than what the images led us to believe and the sauna was not hot enough as its not a typical sauna. Wouldn't stay here again at the price point.

8/10 Very good

We found the hotel quite conveniently located, the staff are friendly and helpful. The gym and pool are very useful amenities to have! Breakfast was pretty good. The property is starting to show small areas where upkeep needs to be happen. The room we were in had chipped paint on one of the walls and in the bathroom. Other than this, we would go back to stay at the hotel!
