I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me .

Horrible experience

This so-called hotel shouldn't be considered one AND It shouldn't be in Hotels.com. It's more like a hostel, but they charge like a 5-star hotel. It's very dirty, the bed sheets smelled, the overall appereance is old and runned-down. There's no trash can in the room and very little ventilation. Either you open the balcony window/door and get bitten by mosquitoes or you boiled inside with an awful smell. Breakfast was bad as well, the coffee was terrible.

Adoramos a localização e a cordialidade dos funcionários. A vista é linda para a cidade e no geral foi excelente nossa experiência. Serviram pão de queijo e café de manhã para os hóspedes e isso foi um diferencial muito bom. O único ponto a destacar de negativo é a rua da pousada (o que não é culpa da pousada), que é extremamente ingrime e eu não teria coragem de dirigir nessa rua, mas meu esposo foi com calma e paciência e conseguimos ficar sem problemas. No geral eu super recomendo

Quando foi comprada a estadia, alegava que havia café da manhã incluso. Ao chegar na pousada me foi informado que essa opção se encerrou, sendo que eu havia pago o preço para se ter, sai no prejuízo. No mais, deveriam dar uma atenção para se colocar chuveiros elétricos, a cidade é muito fria para se ter esses chuveiros antigos.

Hotel fica numa ladeira muito inclinada numa rua estreita, tornando a entrada e saida do estacionamento quase impossivel, principalmente se o seu carro for grande e os funcionarios nao ajudam, pra nao se comprometerem. Entrar e sair do estacionamento foi simplesmente assustador. Hotel tem praticamente o mesmo preço dos demais na regiao, mas nao oferece café da manha. Quarto e cama OK, mas tudo muito empoeirado. O hotel estava praticamento vazio, mas nos foi dado um quarto com dois andares de escada, desnecessariamente.

Excelente atendimento, funcionário super atencioso, o quarto estava limpinho, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, aquecedor no quarto, shampoo e sabonete para hóspede, toalha branquinhas e cheirosas, a vista do quarto é perfeita. Única coisa ruim é acesso para estacionamento devido aos carros estacionados na rua e por ter pouco espaço para manobras, porém funcionário do hotel nos auxiliou na saída .
