The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options.

If I could 0 stars I would , around 7:30 pm I went to the fest and requested a wake up call @ 1:45 am , I was going from Teresopolis to the airport by taxi @ 2:30 am, no wake up call was made, I woke up just by fluke at 2:20 , rushed downstairs at the moment I got to the desk no one was there, to do my check out, the taxi waiting outside, the front electric door totally locked, and a sign at the desk “ please wait I’ll be back soon” I figured out no one was coming I remembered there was an exit by the garage, tye main door was closed but on it I figured out there was a little door, that happened to be open my luck, I run to the cab and left . This incident totally ruined my stay at this place , I definitely will not go back to intercity Teresopolis, total lack of respect and responsibility!!

Fui acompanhada do meu esposo mais minha filha de 2 anos, nos acomodaram em um quarto sem Tv com smart somente com Tv acabado, assim que cheguei ao quarto liguei pra recepção e falei com a recepcionista, fque inclusive é um amor e foi super solicita, mas a gerente do estabelecimento disse que não podíamos fazer a troca pois já tínhamos subido (10 minutos) fiquei com uma criança de 2 anos sem Tv pq simplesmente a gerência não quis trocar a gente de lugar sendo que o hotel estava praticamente vazio, eu acho que um hotel deveria ser cordial, Vim do lecanton e não desci pro rio pois estava com muita neblina, realmente a questão de tratamento em relação ao cliente é totalmente diferente, o quarto é ok, o café da manhã é ok também e os funcionários são gentis.

O hotel estava vazio chequei as 12.10 e nao adiantam e nem fazem o check in, a equipe Britanicamente espera dar as 14,00Hs com a recepção lotada para iniciar os procedimentos de check in de todos, um absurdo.
