Room was clean, and staff were friendly. Outdoor spa seemed to be closed although there was one in the large shower/ combined bathtub in our room. The hotels.com booking app said there was a clothes washer/drier inside our room, but this was incorrect and falsely advertised. (There was a communal laundry for the building however.) Very dated decor and much like faulty towers the way things like the wall heaters and some PowerPoints didn’t work. No room service during our 2 night stay but plenty of towels, coffee and other supplies in our room. Seemed a high price for what we got.
