A Pousada é boa, mas tem como ficar muito melhor!!

A estrutura fisica é muito boa. Tem uma área verde bem grande e o quarto tb é muito espaçoso. A Pousada precisa de pintura, uma reforma nos móveis da piscina e tem como melhorar o café da manhã com mais variedade. Falta uma gerência mais presente e participativa. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Da pra ficar, mas não voltaria

O pior pra mim foi o isolamento acústico, os quartos são colados e a parede não isola nada, você ouve os carros na rua a noite toda e tudo que se conversa e se faz nos quartos ao lado. A cama é boa, toalhas limpas, pode estacionar na frete do quarto, a piscina não usei. Poucos funcionários para o café da manhã, que é servido na mesa, onde se perde 1h pra tomar café. E a localização também é muito ruim, não tem nada perto, 30 mim do centro

Horrible. la verdad una decepción está super alejado de todo la playa más cerca no hay nada, pésima la atención. El dueño es un antipático. Además hice la reserva con tarjeta de crédito para pagar de la misma manera. Al cuarto día me dice que no le funciona el aparato tuve que pagar en efectivo (que además no tenía)y me cobró una multa de 600 reales x dejar cotos el hotel debido a que no estuve conforme con nada.o de lo contrario le tenía que dejar los datos de la tarjeta y en 100 días me cobrara con el aparato.

É uma pousada simples. Ficamos com receio do que iriamos encontrar depois de ler tantas avaliações negativas,porém, nos foi ofertado os serviços que compramos pelo hotéis.com. Quarto espaçoso mas achamos o banheiro bem pequeno. Serviço de quarto só se for solicitado. Wi fi não funcionava bem, pra dizer que não funcionou. O café era bom, mas o lugar estava sujo. Pouquíssimas funcionárias. A recepção só funciona das 14:00 as 22:00. A pousada não oferece segurança. O portão de entrada passou a noite aberta vários dias. É um bairro distante de tudo que é bom em búzios. Tivemos uma estadia tranquila, o lugar é tranquilo. Não tem atrativos na pousada, só um lugar muito grande com suítes.

O hotel é bem básico, não tem serviço de quarto, o que é bem ruim quando se está na praia por causa da areia que sempre carregamos pro quarto e nunca tem ninguém na recepção. O quarto é grande mas bem simples e um pouco quente, o ar condicionado não dá conta. Mas por outro lado é pertinho de uma praia ótima, dos Tucuns, e também é num bairro bem silencioso e tranquilo. É um hotel bem OK mesmo, se você não irá passar muito tempo no hotel, recomendo, mas se precisará ficar algumas horas no quarto por qualquer motivo não é um bom lugar pra ficar

Gerente péssimo em atender

No nosso email de confirmação de reserva constava ter ar condicionado, no entanto nos foi dado quarto com ventilador de teto. Quando questionamos, o gerente, que nem deu as caras no período que estivemos lá, mandou recado dizendo que o email estava errado. Ora, se as informações do site e do email estavam erradas nós fomos enganados, compramos gato por lebre e nem satisfação nos foi dada, a sensação é de que estavam nos fazendo favor. Não fosse a simpatia e zelo da senhorinha que lá trabalha e cuida de tudo sozinha, a sensação é de abandono. Ela bem que se esforça, é mesmo dedicada, mas impossível dar conta sozinha. Os quartos tem cheiro de mofo, a internet não funciona, banheiros sem ventilação natural, ventilação artificial por tubo, café da manhã compatível com o preço.

Simplesmente horrível!

Ao chegar na recepção, minha reserva não foi confirmada. Estava um sol terrível, mas tivemos que esperar por um bom tempo até que a reserva fosse confirmada. Me pareceu que o sr. Bruno (responsável) não costuma verificar se há reservas online, ou não. Depois, ao entrar no quarto, vimos que o frigobar não funcionava. Não tinha sabonete, nem xampu. O travesseiro estava com cheiro de mofo. Em uma cidade como Búzios, o café ser servido a partir das 8:00h em pleno verão parece piada, mas é fato nessa pousada. Para piorar, às 8:00 ainda não havia pão na mesa. O que tinha eram alguns pães vencidos há uns três dias, mas tivemos que comê-los assim mesmo. O bolo estava estragado, com aquela baba que se pode esticar por uns 15 cm que ela não se quebra. Depois que um hóspede reclamou, tiraram o bolo estragado e colocaram um novinho. Em Búzios, não há praia com chuveiro. Então, pedimos ao tal Bruno que nos deixasse fazer o check out às 13:00h, de modo que fosse possível tomarmos banho antes de partir. Ele, intransigente, negou nosso pedido. No entanto, ele se esqueceu de todo o inconveniente causado a mim e minha família. Esqueceu-se, também, que o check in é feito a partir das 14:00. Como pagamos por uma diária, então não haveria problema algum em fazermos o check out 1 hora após o horário estabelecido, que é de ao meio dia. Enfim, não recomendo essa pousada a ninguém. Não vale a pena mesmo! Tem muita coisa melhor em Búzios e próximo de tudo. Ou seja, tudo o que essa pousada não tem.
