Razoável! O primeiro quarto que me deram a energia caía toda hora. Chamei uma pessoa que me falou que era só desligar e ligar os disjuntores. Depois que essa oessoa saiu a energia caiu de novo e não consegui ligar através do que ele falou, desligando e religando os disjuntores. Pedi pra mudar de quarto.

Excelente custo-beneficio. Quarto e banheiro sem luxo, mas espaçoso e confortável, ótimo café da manhã, localização muito boa. Os travesseiros eram muito altos, mas logo nos deram outros mais baixos. Bom ar-condicionado, cama agradável, atendimento muito atencioso, principalmente da Val. Precisa renovar o enxoval e a noite não é 100% silencioso, mas nada que atrapalhe demais.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, é a hotel bonito, excelente cafe da manha e atendimento nota 10, todos os cplaboradores são atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto é grande e o banheiro também é bem espaçoso o que torna bem confortável para 2 pessoas. Pontos fracos: toalhas e forros de cama são velhos e já estão gastos.

Minha estadia no Via Mar foi muito boa! a localização é perfeita, consegui fazer muitas coisas a pé e todos os recepcionistas foram gentis e educados, super disponíveis para dar informações e orientar em relação a região e as dúvidas que tive em relação ao deslocamento na cidade. A limpeza foi exemplar e as camareiras foram muito gentis. A janela do meu quarto dava diretamente para um corredor, então eu ouvia tudo e todos que passavam por ali, foi um pouco desconfortável na primeira noite. Preciso também enfatizar que a equipe do hotel foi muito ágil em resolver um pequeno problema que tive com o chuveiro do meu banheiro, certificando que eu estava bem. A chegada no quarto foi impecável, eles deixaram um agradecimento nominal e um chocolate de cortesia, amei muito ter estado nesse hotel. Obrigada a todos

O melhor ponto é a boa localização. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende. Quarto e banheiro necessitam de reparos, principalmente o banheiro com bastante mofo e instalações antigas. Para uma estadia que não demande muito tempo de permanência, o hotel atende.
