This was our 5th time staying at this property, but our 1st since it's rebranded to BLESS Ibiza The Site. From check-in to check-out, our group (we have 11 people total) had the most amazing time. They have done a wonderful job of revamping the whole place and the location cannot be beat. We did have an unpleasant dinner experience at LeÑA (poor service, food was excellent - seperate review written for that) and one at Coya (again, poor service, bill was incorrect) for a lunch, but overall, we had a nice time. Special shout out to Amie, who works the concierge desk. Absolute pleasure to speak with, offered help whenever we needed it and recognized our loyalty and sent a welcome bottle of champagne to my room. We will definately be back every year we visit Ibiza!

The property is lovely with lots of amenities, the sweets & water in the reception area is a lovely touch. The level of service needs improving, we had to repeatedly ask for certain things, in the end after asking many times we gave up. The staff when you check in should give you a detailed overview of the site & what’s on it. There are lovely restaurants that we stumbled acorss had we known earlier we could have made a reservation while during our stay.

Truly an incredible experience staying here at the Hard Rock! So close to the things I wanted to visit and see and the hotel had everything I needed and more. Luxurious for the area for sure!
