Good property. Good location next to metro. I did not like the limited portion size of their advertised breakfast. The staff controls how much food you eat. Breakfast is NOT buffet like you'd expect it to be. The hotel could be more generous and also a buffet breakfast -- instead of portion control and looking cheap. Just let your guests eat the food. Seriously management, we can handle it. Quit being so cheap with the breakfast portions. You won't go broke.

Customer service by front desk was outstanding! Hotel is located in bit of remote area just outside of city. Front desk arranged taxi pickup at 3 AM to airport. All went very well thanks to outstanding service.

We stayed at the property to make an early flight the following day. I chose this property based on photos and reviews with my family including 2 kids. The pictures are very deceiving and so is the description. Check in staff was very helpful for our needs and restaurant staff very kind with good food. The amenities are not there, the property is basically a ghost town. The pool was closed and has algae, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel is for my kids to enjoy a day before traveling so we left San Miguel de Allende a day early to avoid potential traffic to airport for very early flight. The restaurant closes at 3pm and there is NOTHING close by-15 min walk up highway was closest shop to grab some snacks. The "game room" consists of an old pool table and non working air hockey table located in the restaurant that closes at 3pm. The room itself was quite large, but AC only available in one of the rooms (and it dripped on the bed), the floors were very dirty and things were generally dusty. We could not sleep because of the smell- this seems to be a problem in the area but really bad at night- like unbearable wakes you up and is foul. It was beyond a disappointment- it was terrible and leaving felt like escaping.

The room is like a townhouse with a bed on each floor. The room was very clean and well decorated. It was a perfect room for our early morning (3 a.m.) wake up call! Would highly recommend for ensuring that you avoid the city traffic as you head out to the airport!

Staff were helpful in getting us a cab and answered our questions. However there were stains on the bed and no blankets and it was quite cold. The room was uninviting and very cold, the floors and bathroom were clean. The food was terrible and came with no cutlery. We only stayed one night so can’t speak to the other facilities.

It was in an industrial area, nothing to do or see. Unsafe to walk to the only restaurant off the property. Hotel food was terrible. As a single female senior I felt very unsafe. The unit was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating when I had to switch rooms because Wifi wouldn't work. There was no water or cups or glasses to drink with in the room. No coffee pot. Pool was dirty couldn't use. At $177 for the room, I expected more.
