Sakala beach resort staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast good variety and choice of national and international food. Rooms very clean and well equipped with small kitchen, cops,kettle,iron/ironing board, bathrobes and slippers. Grounds well kept. Free shuttle to Bali collection with the beach a few steps away.

Big room with pool access..staff without exception are amazing and helpful..room service was good , and the food in the all restaurants & the pool bar are mouthwatering and very tasty.

We had a lovely stay at the Sakala - rooms were very clean, choice and food at restaurants was great, including the very extensive breakfast buffet! The basement rooms do have dehumidifiers in and can smell a bit damp, which was fine for a few days stay but may be worth upgrading for longer. Staff were all super attentive and friendly - would recommend to others!!

This resort is huge and beautiful. The staff is great and restaurant options were very good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach was dirty and there were boats everywhere. Really making it an eye sore.

This hotel was very pretty. Staff was great. Spa (when they got you in) was amazing. The pool area was well put together, but easy to get lost in. The beach club across the street has another pool with pool bar and a restaurant. There's security to assist in crossing the street which was nice.

The room was very spacious but swimming pool wasn’t clean as we found dead bird, leaves all over the pool. So had to use other side of the pool which was overcrowded as it’s a bit small for the amount of people.
