Not what I was expecting.
This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. I was trapped in my room all day with only the supplies I had squirrelled away. My neighbour went wading through knee high flood waters to get water and supplies for his family. Some wifi access restored in the afternoon, but only on the balcony. I contacted Hotels.com but less than useless. Organised my own new hotel and just abandoned the last three days payment.
