Casa Pepe is the best hotel to stay if you’re looking for great service by staff, perfect location, excellent price and a chill vibe. The hotel is spotless and has international guests that makes me feel right at home. Plenty of restaurants around and on weekends a great number of vendors if your looking for local crafts and much more.

Best place to stay in Puebla. Staff is amazing. Quick check-in, upgrade, clean, quiet room, big king bed, hot shower, stable internet, Hotel is in perfect location. Very low key, chill, environment. Really well managed!

Nice hotel! Bice staff with a lots of activities! Clean and close to everything. Unfortunately not enough common spaces and not so much social but it is really calm and the staff is friendly

Excellent hostel. Perfect location within walking distance of food and sights. Staff was great and made you feel welcomed. Dorm room was clean and comfortable . My only complaint was little hot water and weak wifi in the room.

Casa Pepe is an amazing place to stay. Staff is great, room was upgraded and spotless. Internet worked well and TV which I did not watch much was fine. The location is perfect and right across the street from the Analco Station. That allows you to use public transport all over the city. I will be back very soon.

The place is conveniently close to the downtown square, as it is right next to the 5 de mayo boulevard it has very easy access and if they close the streets in downtown you are not affected by the traffic. The room they gave me with a bunkbed smelled like sewer, they really need to pour some enzyme eater down the drains to make sure the smell goes away.

Staff was awesome and responsive. Probably the best part. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was a ants nest in the shower. Also the water was medium hot. Didn’t get super hot but it’s a hostel. The location is great and activities plenty

Increíble ubicación

Ubicación increíble..muy bonitas habitaciones. Pintoresco y mucha actividades..lo que no me gustó mucho es que para avisar en la recepción que dejaste coche en estacionamiento te piden una foto del auto :o al decir que no tenía una me dijeron que ok que con las placas era suficiente (eso era lo normal no?o). Traté de bañarme y llenar la bañera en la tarde y no había agua caliente bajé a recepción y me dijeron que prenderian el boiler y así lo hicieron pero uno pensaría que no debían apagarlo pues en los hoteles siempre hay agua caliente sin ir a la recepción:) el teléfono funciona pero traté de llamar a la recepción para lo del agua caliente pero no había una lista de número a maravra para recepción o para llamadas normales. También ayudaría tener una lista de canales de TV para no andar buscando cuáles si y cuáles no. Creo que son detalles pequeños que podrían mejorar pero sin duda no quitan lo bueno que es lugar

El check-in es extremadamente sencillo, las habitación estaba excelente, superando ampliamente mis expectativas. El baño estaba limpio, camas cómodas, las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado y son demasiado amplias. Tal vez un extra que podrían implementar sería un Roku o algo así para las televisiónes, para disfrutar de series o películas. Un tema que me pareció excelente son los espacios, tienen una cocina por si quieres preparar de comer, un espacio para matar el tiempo ya sea platicando o trabajarndo. En general fue una estancia excelente para mí y mi pareja.

Bajo costo y funcional, podría mejorar.

Ubicación excelente, el lugar es pintoresco y tradicional, tiene opción de literas en habitaciones compartidas o bien habitaciones privadas. Los baños y regaderas comunitarios muy bien, limpios y funcionales. Las literas bastante cómodas y con caja de seguridad, iluminación y enchufe eléctrico. El internet en la habitación era inestable, pero en el lobby bastante bien, solo que el espacio para trabajar es muy limitado. En la noche la habitación es sumamente caliente; considera que hay seis personas durmiendo ahí y no hay nada de ventilación. El calor me despertó un par de veces, y el ambiente se sentía muy denso. Si mejoran esto estará excelente. Por lo demás, todo fue excelente. El personal es muy amable.
