Great location and service

Lovely staff, great hotel overall we just would have preferred a few changes - a table service restaurant rather than a ‘canteen’ style diner, and in the room there were no slippers or shower gel (just soap). The beds were also quite uncomfortable. Great location and service overall though

Fun place to stay!

Very fun place to stay for couples & families. Affordable food in the hotel & lots of things to do. Great pool that’s open late with a poolside bar & lazy river. Walking distance to Volcano Bay, as well, so it’s great for water lovers! Beds were comfy. Only problem was no microwave in the room we stayed in. You can take the busses to the Universal parks & visit the other resorts while staying here! Will stay here again!

Summer Family Vacation

Cabana Bay Resort was a home run for our family trip! Staff was amazing, tons to do for my active teens and the price was family budget friendly! Highly recommend.

Good value for money on nightly cost

Good value for money on the nightly cost. Drinks prices will kill you. $75 for three drinks by the pool. Has a separate entrance to volcano bay which is convenient. Paying parking fees at a hotel you’re staying at seems like it should be included.

Cabana Bay

The resort was very nice , clean and well maintained. Bus service to parks was a great convenience. Stayed in building 7 , it was annoying to come bat to bldg every night and have smokers at the entrance, and sometimes smoking pot. With kids , that should not have to be exposed to that.
