Came back from the theme park to a bed full of ants, management moved us to another room. Overall wonderful experience and great service. Loved the proximity to parks

First visit to Swan
It was my first time staying at this property and check in was very easy. We had a lovely view with a balcony overlooking the river and the boardwalk. In the distance we could see the Epcot space ship earth which was beautiful at night when it glowed. There were a few pools which connected with the dolphin and they were all very nice, lounge chairs were nice, and the cabana restaurant which connected with the dolphin was good food. I love this property I would like to come back again.

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Soap, shampoo & conditioner not the best. Super convenient to Epcot. Close to Disney parks &/or transport to. Disneys Board walk short walk.

Beautiful, convenient and pricey Disney
Everything was excellent, except that for that price breakfast was not included, the food was very very pricey. Also the price that you pay for the room is not all, they charge you an extra 30 dollars per night, they call this resort fee. To top it off if you drive they charge you an extra 25 dollars per night to park. The times that I've been to a resort everything was included, I've learned that Florida is not that way. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable and convenient to the Disney parks.

The Swan with comfort and great location
The Swan is a wonderful place to stay for Disney. It’s all about Location, location and location. You can walk to EPCOT and a water taxi to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. They do charge $25.00 resort fee. I did get a late check out but my key deactivated to use for the parking lot. It took me 3 trips from the parking to the front desk to finally get out of the parking lot. They kept saying the parking attendant will assist. The problem there was not one present. I have stayed here several times and will continue to come back. Overall, nice, comfortable and a great location.
