We chose this hotel for the location and the fact it had in room laundry. It is very centrally located to forbidden city area and main shopping streets in Beijing. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were very large and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer in room was amazing. Would stay here again

We had good experience while staying in the hotel, from front desk lady Cassie Chen who changed room when we have concerns and helped to get extra blanket , to clean lady in our room, and service staff in breakfast room. Our room was huge with 2 bedrooms, good kitchen, dining and lounge. Bigger and more beautiful than expected. We stayed for 7 days and our room is cleaned impeccably each day. Highly recommended.
