6/10 Good

Have stayed here several times in the past and loved it. Unsure if they were having renovations but Restaurants-some open some not. Apps for food to go did not work. Staff was not in the “know”. Pit bosses did nothing about belligerent customers towards staff and to other customers . Very disappointed.

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel! Nice rooms, and the lobby has a grand fireplace entrance. My only tiny complaint was no mini fridge or microwave to save/reheat food from the restaurants. Would definitely stay again :)
